Brick Sand – Fine in texture and is used in mortar for brick and stone work. Brick sand can also be used in sand boxes and as a base for above ground swimming pools.
Concrete Sand – Course in texture and primarily used in concrete. It is coarse and provides great drainage beneath interlocking patios or driveways. It is easy to grade and is recommended for use for interlock.
Limestone Screenings – Its ¼” in size and packs on top of the base level under driveways or patio stones.
¾” Crushed Gravel (crusher run) – ¾” Crushed Gravel can be used to form a solid, compacted base under driveways or patio stones.
3/4” Clear (washed) Gravel – ¾” Clear Gravel can be used as a base when compaction is not possible. This is drainage stone that you can use around foundations, with weeping tile and under decks.
HPB (High Performance Bedding) – This can be used to lay large slab interlock and patio stones without the need for compaction.
